Ahhh yes. Our once staple feature that has somewhat fallen off over the last year or two. Of course, this is a bit more fashion than you’d ever see anyone on Tatooine wear but you can still get the vibe. (Especially with that Bottega Veneta skirt!)

So here’s the thing: I have a KOTOR problem by which I mean that I have been desperately in love with the Knights of the Old Republic games since I first played them back in 2014 and I still love the hell out of them. In particular, I fell for Revan who I firmly believe is definitely a woman of color and not the bland, dark haired dude that seems to be the default for so many games.
POINT IS I love Revan and when I saw some of the looks from the Valentino Spring 2016 collection, they definitely made me think of her and what she might wear from the high-fashion fancy looks on our world. Without further ado… the dresses!
One of our favorite questions to ask ourselves around here is what would our favorite characters wear from the high fashion runways. What’s even more fun is to ask what an entire team would wear and who better to go with than such a diverse yet awesome group of lades like the Sailor Scouts?
Katsucon is rapidly approaching and that puts us in a magical girl mode so therefore it only makes sense that we’re doing another Sailor Moon inspo post. We look at the high fashion runways and consider what some of our favorite characters might wear from those catwalks.
This week, we’re going to take a look at one of the Inner Sailor Scouts and ask: What Would Sailor Venus Wear?
We’ll start with this Sophia Kah that’s perfectly chic while still reminiscent of her fuku.
It’s hard to go wrong with Christian Dior especially when it’s in your signature color.
This Lela Rose might be a better choice for Minako if she’s going out to a fancy event instead of some of those more… interesting 90s choices.
This Hermes look is a bit on the casual side of Venus but I could see it happening.
Speaking of casual, this Gucci walks the perfect line between casual and chic.
Because we hate to go against tradition, we’ll end with this Elie Saab gown.
