Welcome back to another edition of Fav 4: four of our favorite geek fashion pieces that we’ve seen this month. Shocker: it’s Captain Marvel themed. Totally by accident though. Yeah, we can tell you that you totally believe us.
- In a blink-and-you-miss-them release, Adidas did a collaboration with Jen Bartel for a pair of fantastic Captain Marvel inspired sneakers. They are only available at Foot Locker and sold out almost instantly although we’ve heard talk of potential restock in the future.
- Kohl’s also released a whole slew of Captain Marvel inspired shirts for kids and adults alike. A standout is this t-shirt with the Hala star on it.
- You’ve probably seen Hero Within’s Carol Danvers Flight Jacket but we’re making sure you see it again because reasons.
- Carol wore a Nine Inch Nails t-shirt through much of the film and while you can get that shirt, why not go for the special collab one? (Seriously, who ever saw that coming?)
Let’s just clap this one out. Who would’ve thought Quicksilver, 70’s style horrorshow that he is in X-Men: Days of Future Past, would bring us so much unparalleled delight — so you know what, we’re going to go to there. With his look firmly rooted in trash teen boy, we pick it up a notch to avant-garde activewear and trendy urban running gear, but without losing the fresh kicks of youth.
Perennial stylebomb and vampiric up-and-comer, Jubilation Lee might have gone goth at the beach but can never truly leave behind her West Coast colour spirit. But sleek black is only a perfect background for a firework medley of yellows and pinks, so let’s serve it up loud and proud.
Ready to drive right into danger? Rock an all red look and take it from the triplets to go deep — blood red, dark red, a perfect crimson. For one more look at our forever favourite movie Pacific Rim, we salute the Wei triplets with some dirty glam style that’s city street ready.
