Due to recent circumstances, the pilots of Rogue and Wraith Squadrons have definitely been on my mind lately. We’ve been doing this for long enough now that you know how this story ends: I started asking myself just what would the ladies of Rogue and Wraith wear if they were dressing from the high fashion runways of our planet?
We’ll start with this look from BCBG.
And then this casually elegant look in Wraith grey from Ralph Lauren.
I’ll admit: this ZAC Zac Posen dress is in here because it’s flight suit orange.
Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean you have to stop wearing cute dresses! I purchased the adorable Rogue Squadron dress from Her Universe earlier this summer and had to do an outfit post for it immediately because I loved it so much. But now it’s October and unless you live somewhere warm, it’s harder to wear something like this unless you change up the styling.
My solution? Add some 3/4 length leggings and toss on a Wraith Squadron jacket for some style that’s worthy of Wedge Antilles, Wes Janson, or Myn Donos! (Look; I think we know by now that I just really love my pilots and want to rep both of my favourite squadrons as much as possible.)
Rogue Squadron Dress: Her Universe
Grey Wraith Squadron Jacket: Express with a bit of DIY
Black Leggings: Forever 21
Grey Heels: Nine West
Thank you to Heather of Zhobot for taking these pictures for me!
For reference, I’m a hair under 5’7″ and am wearing a size Medium in the dress so this is a dress that runs a bit on the shorter side if you’re tall.

And as a bonus, me being a goof during the mini shoot. No, I don’t know what I was doing either.
After last week’s jaunt into joke Wraith Squadron outfits and Her Universe’s exciting sneak peek of the upcoming Rogue Squadron hoodie tank, it looks like we’ve got some Star Wars going strong and X-Wing pilots locked on. So what better way to kick off Monday morning than a bright burst of X-Wing orange and Rebel Alliance gang signs.
Rebel Alliance Insignia Ring + Rebel Pilot Sundress + Space Cat Shades
Forever 21 X-Wing Muscle Tee + Asos Racer Neck Dress + Her Universe Rebel Alliance Earrings
Rebel Alliance Glitter Shoes + White Moto Vest + Michael Kors Mandarin Skinny Jeans
oh
hey
is Wes Janson here
we’ve got him covered, too:

Sometimes, you just have to take your style cues from wherever inspiration comes. Today, we’re heeding the call from Aaron Allston’s Star Wars: Wraith Squadron book, and asking ourselves what would the Nobrin brothers wear. There’s nothing quite like Agamar fashion, so sit back and headbob along with us for today’s post!

My little grey vest says business, but my dress says FULLY OPERATIONAL. The spoiler, of course, is that my little grey vest doesn’t say business, it actually says SCABROUS PIRATES TO YOU THIS MORNING.
(Star Wars Expanded Universe, the story of my wasted youth.)
Despite my terrible breakup with Star Wars, I still long for more of the fond memories we shared together. So you get this mishmash of elements just to c-c-check out what arrived in the mail from the always phenomenal Black Milk Clothing. Please excuse the schoolday portrait studio, it was do or die to get that oversized glowstick to heel.
