[INSPO] Batcave Around The Web

May 31, 2013
by Bria

Stock up your Batcave with some Batgear around the web!  (Everything sounds cooler than you add Bat to the front of it, am I right?)

Leggings are fun way to spice up an outfit especially with all the retailers out there diving excitedly into this trend to offer shoppers tons of options.  Romwe offers both the traditional Bat Symbol leggings along with a pair that feature the covers of various Batman comics over the years.  Hot Topic also has a pair of leggings coming out on June 10th featuring the Dark Knight himself.

You can never go wrong with a t-shirt especially when it’s got the bat symbol on it.  Again, Hot Topic has you covered with this grey striped tank and a gold foil t-shirt while Forever 21 has a distressed muscle tank.

If you’re more inclined towards something long-sleeve, ASOS has a long-sleeved crop shirt by River Island with a fun print.  Top Shop has white sweatshirt with a Bat symbol pattern.  To round things out, Forever 21 has a Heather Grey Raglan top, again with the Bat symbol.

Not feeling like wearing your Batlove on your body?  You can always opt for a Batman (or a Wonder Woman) wallet from ThinkGeek!

Of course, if Batman’s not your thing, you can always pick up one of our Great At Boats shirts.

[WAYW] Boom POW

April 12, 2013

Clearly, I’m a comic book girl at heart and that includes loving quite a few of the older comics from decades ago. (Seriously: don’t get me started on the Dark Phoenix Saga or we’ll be here all day.)  Point is, those comics were riddled with plenty of sound effects, something I always found to be endearing.  When I saw these leggings on Romwe, I knew I had to get them and create an outfit even if they didn’t include the famous ‘SNIKT.  It was definitely a fun way to add a bit more colour to be wardrobe and spice things up a bit.

Tunic Top: Express
Belt: Nordstom
Comic Leggings: Romwe
Boots: Naturalizer
Black Wristlet: Coach
