Hey folks! We just wanted to let you know that White Hot Room will be on break for the next two weeks so we can spend time with our families and relax. Okay fine. It’s so we can go watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens another 20 times and yell at each other about Kylo Freaking Ren.
We’ll be back with more brand new posts on January 4th. Enjoy your holidays!
xoxo,
Bria and Lin
Are you laughing?
Because I’m laughing.
(Have fun at the Star Wars, kids. It’s beautiful.)

There’s a little film called Star Wars: The Force Awakens coming out this weekend and we’re going to celebrate the only way we know how: by throwing it a fashion party. So jump on board the Millenium Falcon because Chewie, we’re home.

The First Order may be the next generation of the Empire but that doesn’t stop them from getting a style upgrade. Just look at that new crest! And the new stormtrooper armor!
First Order Dress: Mighty Fine
Leather Jacket: H&M
Grey Tights: Hue
Black Pumps: BCBGeneration
Sunglasses: Coach
A few notes on this dress: First, it’s very short. I’m 5’6″ (so a little over average height) and it juuuuust barely covers my butt. It may work better as a tunic/with leggings but heyyyyy fashion! In all seriousness, this is probably something that anyone above average height will want to avoid if you’re looking to wear this as a dress. There’s also a weird fit issue around the arm pits that’s been noted by several others. Short version: try this dress on in the store first. (It’s available at Macy’s.)

Why yes. We are all about dem pilots. Especially when said pilot is clearly the heir to the legacy of Wedge Antilles and his mother was one of the awesome A-Wing pilots at the Battle of Endor. So yeah. Poe Dameron is on our list of new favorites.
