Let’s just clap this one out. Who would’ve thought Quicksilver, 70’s style horrorshow that he is in X-Men: Days of Future Past, would bring us so much unparalleled delight — so you know what, we’re going to go to there. With his look firmly rooted in trash teen boy, we pick it up a notch to avant-garde activewear and trendy urban running gear, but without losing the fresh kicks of youth.
Sometimes, I have geeky pieces that just sit around in my wardrobe for a while before I finally go “OH WAIT” and run off to put together an outfit with them. This Darth Vader tank top by Her Universe was one of them. (Although to be honest: I did take pictures in an outfit with this tank last summer but they were too dark and there was this whole thing about being thwarted by a thunderstorm and— yeah okay. That’s a story for another time.)
Really the point here is that I did finally get outfit pictures in it and remember that I have this totally rad top since we’re finally getting better weather.
